Using TravelWiz
These draft terms cover trip planning, saved plans, travel content, and business features. You are responsible for account activity and must only submit content you are authorized to share. Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or use it unlawfully. Eligibility, age requirements, account closure, and recovery terms need review.
Plans and AI information
Plans, recommendations, place details, hours, availability, routes, and AI content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify details with providers before booking or travelling. TravelWiz does not book listed travel services unless a feature says otherwise.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in submitted content and authorize TravelWiz to host, process, and display it as needed to provide features you use. You are responsible for permissions. Published trip and business content may be visible to other visitors. Published trips remain with anonymous attribution after account deletion; review text and images for identifying details before publishing. Private household details must only be supplied with appropriate authority, and sensitive preferences require the stated consents.
Business and third-party services
Business users are responsible for accurate details and authority to represent a business. Approval, fees, ranking, and other business conditions require separate reviewed terms. Features may rely on Google Maps Platform, Google Gemini, and YouTube, whose own terms and privacy practices apply.
Availability and legal rights
Features may change or become unavailable. Notice, termination, data export, warranty, liability, and consumer-rights terms must be completed for applicable jurisdictions. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
